ddj 1000 cross fader not central

my cross fader on the ddj 1000 is not matching the cross fader display on record box.

For it to play both channels equally it needs to be at about 75%over to theft ,channel 1 side,

ive seen many people are having this problem so it must be a known fault. ive tried updating the software and drivers but this makes no difference

any ideas as im beginning to loose faith in pioneer correcting this problem
