DDJ XP2 Questions about Serato Integrations

I am surprising my daughter with a setup for her birthday, and this is all very new to me.  I came from a time when I had two turntables, a mixer, and crates of records.  This was before Serato even (ancient history).

My daughter likes vinyl but has no means of amassing records and already has a ton of digital music.  So I found her some turntables, a mixer, speakers, a receiver, and a Rane SL3 Serato piece of hardware on Craigslist.  I am ordering some Serato time-coded records to go with it.

I also wanted to open up some other possibilities for her to grow into.  After some research, I am very interested in the DDJ XP2 (that or a Reloop Neon) but am unclear on some things and haven't been able to get answers.  The phone support directed me to this forum.

SO HERE ARE MY QUESTIONS:

1.  Does the DDJ XP2 have the ability to control which song is queued up on the time-coded record?

2.  Can it operate on the same channel of the mixer as the turntable?

3.  Can it sample and create loops live from the track that it is played from the time-coded record for remixes?

I'm just not sure how it is integrated with the vinyl/turntables.  I watched some videos but can't tell what's going on there.  I didn't get a Serato linked mixer, so I'm not sure if that plays a role.

I would really appreciate any help with this, as I don't know where else to turn and need to figure this out fast for the birthday.
