The only thing a factory-reset does is revert the preferences (like the auto cue settings). Is there an issue you're trying to resolve by resetting the controller?

Hello! Yesterday started by making an loud buzzing! And today it happened twice that the sound did not pass to my audio interface, the LEDs of the db levels worked but there was no sound.
