You have to turn the trim knobs up, they are gain for the channels. When off no audio will come through for that channel.
They are the knobes at the top of each channel.

No sound output issues. Pioneer DJ DDJ-1000SRT
Hey guys, I'm new to DJing and I just got my Pioneer DJ DDJ-1000SRT in the mail. I've installed the drivers on Windows 10, all of the lights are on (and all the buttons work inside of Serato DJ Pro). But, I have a problem - there's no audio! I tried with and without headphones but I literally have no idea what could have gone wrong.
I took some pictures:

In my sound control panel in Windows 10 both the output and input are set to my regular speakers and regular microphone.
If anybody has any ideas I swear...I feel like I've tried everything.

I'm relatively new to DJing so I'm pretty sure I know what you're talking about. I might be wrong though.

Are those the correct knobs you're speaking of? I turned them all to the 50% mark.

Yes. In the second photo you posted those were all off. So now do you hear anything in the headphones?o turn the headphone knob to the left to the CUE setting.
