Check that you are in PERFORMANCE mode (top right of rekordbox) and not EXPORT mode.

Hey there
I am Using Pioneer DDJ WeGo. It comes with Virtual Dj .But I really Don't like its interface at all .so i switched to Recordbox .And found Some issues After connecting device with proper installation of driver which was recommended by The app itself. But the controller doesn't light up properly Play button hot cue button doesn't light up. Infect its not working as well browse button only the sound output is coming through the device.

Yes I put That on performance Mode
do i need to set up my device because i didn't get any option to select my device name
.can i use that same serial key which came with the product
please help
this is same product and same app as well
i am not able to use my player any more

If you are using a WeGO4, rekordbox is a hardware-unlock. For a WeGO1, 2 or 3, rekordbox is a paid upgrade.
