DDJ-400 Audio Stops After 1-2 Minutes of Mixing

Hi, just received my DDJ400 and I am currently experiencing an issue where the audio from the master out and headphones out stops completely after 1-2 minutes of mixing. Everything else like the controls still works fine and rekordbox still shows the tracks playing on my computer, there is just no audio coming out from master out and headphones out. I would have to toggle PC master out on and back off for the audio to come back and the same issue happens again after 1-2 minutes of playback.
