HELP!! Headphones audio channel not working pioneer ddj 1000

Please help, I have seen a few others have this issue in the past and I am not able to resolve.  When I begin playing a song on CH1 and would like to cue a song on CH2 while listening to only that channel in one side of the headphones, the CH2 audio and the master audio play at the same volume.

The booth/master cue is turned off. 

The cue/master knob is turned to cue. 

cue button on CH2 is turned on. 

The booth output in preferences is disabled.

I have read previous threads that claim you can change this in the rekordbox settings but I cannot find a way how to solve this issue.  PLEASE HELP!!
