Hey Mike,
Does the SR2 appear in the Windows Device Manager?
Are you using the external power supply or just USB?
Have you tried different USB cables / ports?

DDJ SR2 FAILED TO CONNECT
I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIME CONNECTING MY SR 2 TO MY WINDOWS USING USB...WHEN CONNECTED TO THE PC, THE PC DOESNT RECOGNISED THE HARDWARE...PLEASE WHAT SHOULD I DO???
