6.0.4. acting like i have just installed 6, all playlists and tracks from last few months GONE

Been using 6.0.4. since it launched, and it has been fine until today, i opened the program and it asked me to convert my rekordbox 5 library like it did when I first installed 6 many months ago. When I look at the playlists on the left, they only go up to May (I make a new one each month for that month's additions). Where has my library gone? Still have all the track files in my itunes library etc but really don't want to go about reimporting, tagging, analyzing everything from the last 3 months (during quarantine, thats a ton of work put in there really). Upon the first lauch, it mentioned that the program couldn't communicate with RekordBoxAgent, so I have tried again a few times and that message has stopped appearing, but my library is still back how it was in May. How can I fix this??? Extremely frustrating.

Pioneer will get in touch and ask you to send zip files of one of your directories along with requesting other info.

Would recommend you don’t open Rekordbox again  until they tell you too, as may make the issue worse by overwriting your back up files.

I suspect the issues not reversible and you’ll have to go back to your last back up but guess Pioneer will let us know once they have reviewed the files.

Update

 

Just want to say that having logged an issue via the Pioneer enquiry form last week, as my Rekordbox 6.0.4 wouldn't start without asking me to convert my library again, the amazing Pioneer DJ Global Support member Hiroyuki fixed my issue via remote assist within 5 minutes (once we got past the tricky remote assist issues, which aren't Pioneers fault) and I have complete access to my library, playlists and tags that I thought I had lost. They were also more than happy to answer other questions I had for them too.

It's easy to slate support teams on a forum but if you actually go through the correct process to give them the info, access and time that they need, then they can fix your issue.
