No sound DDJ-800 headphones or monitors

Hello, 

 

Just purchased a DDJ-800. 

 

I can see sound on the controller and hear it on the laptop but nothing through headphones or monitors. 

 

I have reinstalled drivers and firmware, this is on Windows 10.

Hey Dylan,

When you installed the drivers, had you already connected the DDJ? If so, that would cause an issue. You should also note that you need to install the drivers using right-click > Run as Admin...

Please check that the DDJ is not your default Windows audio device and that it's properly configured in the rekordbox preferences.
