Resetear Pioneer SZ

Necesito por favor resetear a modo fábrica mi controlador pioneer ddj sz ayuda al momento de activar el loop en el lado derecho de mi controlador se va directamente al flip que tengo asignado en serato, además si deseo tener un loop no me deja y de nuevo se regresa al flip o por qué está dado esto

Hey Fernanda,

The problem you're experiencing wouldn't be fixed by restoring the settings; it sounds to me like you have the MIDI remapping enabled. Please open the Serato settings, click the MIDI tab, then click the DDJ-SZ in the upper window, and un-check the "Allow Hardware Remapping" at the top of the window. See if that resolves the problem.
