DDJ-SR Both Left/Right Load & CUE buttons do not work.

I've had some issues with my boards buttons in the past but they seem to come and go. This new one is a big issue though because the Load and CUE buttons on both sides are not working, so I have to manually use my laptop mousepad to load songs. All other buttons seem to work fine.

The buttons are lit up, but they simply do not function.

Can anyone help me understand why this might be happening?
