I have noticed that the crossfader cut lag on my DDJ-1000 is uneven. When set to 0.4mm it will stop the sound on side A; whereas I need to move the slider up to 0.7mm to stop the sound on side B. I have also noticed that when moving the physical crossfader to the centre line, the crossfader in Rekordbox is slightly off-centre (see photo below). As I use the controller for scratching this imbalance is noticeable to me. Ideally, I’d like the crossfader to have a balanced cut lag of around 0.4mm on both sides.

How can I resolve this issue, please?
I am currently running the latest firmware, version 1.07.

This issue has been around for a while:
Thanks for your response and the links.
I'm aware that others have raised this issue previously. I've been reading the forum posts for the past hour or so, but I haven't found any information that has helped me resolve the issue. I'm not so bothered about the software fader not matching the hardware fader as this doesn't really affect the audio. The imbalance in the cut lag between side A and B, however, is quite noticeable when scratching.
Ah, had hoped one of the threads would have that answer.
I have my fader curve set in a way that this doesn't bother me.
