Hey Saleh,
First, please try without the Saffire connected, then check that your OS does not have the SB3 set as the default output for system sounds or main audio.
I just bought a DDJ-SB3 with the hope that I'll like Serato more than I did Rekordbox. However, when I plug it into my MacBook Pro, the controller malfunctions.
I can press play on the controller and see the song play in Serato Lite through indication of the channel strip volume on the virtual decks, but on the controller itself, there is NOTHING on the channel strips indicators, and there is no audio output whatsoever. Cue buttons work, play/pause button works, but nothing audio related on the controller works.
Why is this happening? Serato Lite works fine without the controller, but it's like the controller literally breaks the program. Help please.
Mac OS - 10.12.6
Specs - Serato Lite v 1.3.8
Controller - DDJ-SB3
Audio Interface - Focusrite Saffire Pro 14
Monitors - Yamaha HS8
