Beat sync keeps flashing

Hi Guys, 

Im pretty new and think I have pushed the wrong button, but basically every time i push a hot cue the beat sync for that deck starts flashing and does not sync. Its like the hot cue turns of the beat sync when I push it... how do I stop this, thanks in advance!
