can't transfer playlist/song to mobile device

I have connected my phone to my PC (in rekordbox app) but can't transfer playlist or song (button is grayed out )

What version of rekordbox are you using?
What version of the rekordbox mobile app are you using?
What is the mobile device / which OS is installed on it?
