My Histories is empty

Hi All, I am having an issue that has been posted before.I'm currently using Rekordbox version 6.2.0 and DDJ1000 controller. The situation is the my Histories are empty. All my music and playlist are from external hard drive. In my case, my History is completely empty, meaning, Rekordbox has not record my history since day 1. need help, thanks.
