Error ddj sb2

Good afternoon, Using Serato Dj and my Pioneer Ddj SB2 controller when I am in session, it happens that when scratching with the jog wheel, the PLAY of deck2 stops working, and it is always the same deck, all the buttons of deck2 work except the PLAY which gives it if it appears on the computer as it is activated and deactivated, but does not reproduce anything. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Serato Dj in several versions, it doesn't even work well with Serato dj intro or Serato dj Lite, I even tried it with Rekordbox and the same thing happens. It only works again if I disconnect and reconnect the controller, but when I scratch again, the same thing happens, please can you help me since I have not been able to use my controller anymore because of that error it makes.
