Ddj 200 connection problems

Hi, I'm struggling to connect my android or iPhone to the decks, sometimes it connects and then disconnects straight away

Hey Andrew,

For the iPhone, you'll need to ensure that it's running iOS 14.3 as there was an issue with bluetooth devices disconnecting in iOS 14.2.

As for the Android, it should work (provided the hardware is functional), which OS are you using on that device, and what is the device make / model? Were you connecting the DDJ through the DJ app itself and not the system bluetooth menu?
