Exporting Rekord box collection.

I suspect this may have been answered but I can't find anything!

As a backup can I export ( copy and paste)all my analysed tracks from Rekordbox into a separate folder on my laptop?

I did see XLM but I am not sure what this is, thanks again

The best way to do this is File > Library > Backup Library on the old machine, then File > Library > Restore Library on the new one.
