Does the DDJ xp1 unlock RekordBox for other devices

Let's say I would like to use my Ergo controller with RekordBox 6.

(Which was supported with version 5)

Can I buy the DDJ XP1 to hardware unlock RekordBox and use the Ergo again with rekordbox version 6?

I would like to know. The XP1 is cheaper to buy secondhand then a new DDJ controller that compares to the Ergo..

Yes, the XP1 would unlock the ability to use your ERGO as a controller for rekordbox 6.

I have a DDJ 200 with which I use Rekordbox 6. A friend would sell me his old DDJ Ergo-K. Will i Be able to use it with my Free Plan since I unlocked performance mode with the DDJ200, or will I have to update to a core plan?
