Hey Noah,
If you have the MAXXAUDIO application, uninstall it, but if that doesn't work or you don't have it, please contact the manufacturer to see about getting updated audio drivers or a system BIOS.
I got a DDJ 400 which works perfectly fine with my old laptop (all the lights go on, response in rekordbox, ...)
However, if i plug the DDJ400 in in my brand new laptop Medion Akoya P15651 with 16GB Ram, 1000 GB SSD and i7 11th Gen it gets recognized and my laptop marks it as an "audio, video and gamecontroller" at the device manager settings but not as a softwaredevice or audiooutput option as it should and does with my old laptop! As the DDJ400 does'nt get recognized as a software device, I also can't choose it in rekordbox in the Audio settings, which means it does'nt work in rekordbox, sadly...
Things to mention:
the DDJ400 itself works fine (otherwise it would not work on my old laptop)
i already deinstalled and reinstalled all the drivers and usb-ports.
My last guess is, that the problem lies within my new Laptop. I've read that other people have the same problem with 11th gen i7s.
Please help me.

is MAXXAUDIO = Dolby Audio?
No, usually it's a 3rd party audio management software.
