I've had this issue for several versions of Rekordbox that never goes away. I've hoped that updates would resolve it but it keeps coming back. I purchase mp3 files from Beatport and Traxsource, analyze them and set the first memory cue to where I want the track to start. Sometimes it's at the first beat, but sometimes when certain tracks have early intros I set it further. In any case, I properly set one memory cue to that start and lock all tracks. Yet going back to older tracks I find additional memory cues that are skewed along with mine.
I can't figure out what is going on. Looking through the forum and recommended posts, I can't find anyone else having this issue. I'm having to go back to tracks all the way to 2014 and check if new memory cues were added. Not all of them do and I can't figure a pattern.

If the songs were analysed with an older version of rekordbox, it's possible they were re-analysed upon upgrading to rekordbox 6 (for the 3band waveform) and if the option is set in preferences to add a memory point to the first beat, then it would have added another when it was re-scanned and the new grid added.
