It's either the version of the Serato DJ Lite you're using, or the OS.

DDJ-REV1 Hot Cues not working from controller?
I Just got a DDJ-REV1 and I can't seem to set Hot Cues from the controller. I can add them by using Serato Lite and mouse clicking on the boxes, but hitting the Hot Cue button on the controller does not add one. It locates to the Hot Cues just fine once set up. I just can't seem to set them up form the controller. I'm sure it's something simple, but I can't figure out what it is from the manual.

My OS and Serato are the latest versions. I discovered If you open the settings under Control Preferences there is a box marked Enable Hot Cues. I checked the box and viola! Hot cues working.
