Controlling Rekordbox with djm900nxs2 and cdj900nxs

Hi I'm struggling to connect my cdjs and mixer to Rekordbox DJ.

I have the cdj900nxs and DJM900nxs2 connected via link cables and hub and they work fine together.

However when I connect the mixer to my macbook pro Rekordbox is only recognising the mixer and not allowing me to control the music with the cdjs.

Can anyone help me get this running properly?

Ah Ok I see, So I can't control the linked cdj900nxs and djm900nxs2 through the usb port on the djm because that only works with cdj2000nxs2.

Also I connect the laptop via ethernet this still won't connect everything?

So the only way to do it is to run the cdjs and mixer into the computer separately via individual usb connections. Are there any recommended hubs? my laptop only has 2 ports.

The ethernet cable will only allow you to play songs from your computer's rekordbox library.

Any powered USB should work just fine.

OK when you say the ethernet cable will allow you to play songs from rekordbox is that via the cdjs? That's all I'm really looking to do here

Yes. It's called Pro DJ Link. But this feature only works with rekordbox in Export mode. This does not allow you to control rekordbox dj in performance mode the way that a DDJ-RX or similar controllers do. You'll basically be using your computer as a giant USB hard drive.
