I'm also after a new faceplate for this mixer.
The square one that covers the channel faders.

Yeah, I am searching for a replacement faceplate as well. A replacement channel fader panel would be good at least as my one got a heavy scratch accidently. But I would prefer a complete replacement faceplate. I wasn't able to find anything. Please, Pioneer, provide us with information on how to get them.

I try to call the official repair center in Germany on Monday as they offer spare parts for sale as well but you have to call them for details. Hopefully, they have access to them and can help me out. Or Pioneer steps up the game and provide us customers with information on how to easily get them.

The faceplate is not an "off-the-shelf" replacement part; they have to be custom ordered by your retailer or repair shop. To be perfectly honest, you may find it cheaper and quicker to order a decal or "skin." That would not only cover the scratch but allow you to customize the mixer to your preference.

Hi, Pulse thanks for your reply. Its much appreciated!

That's what I thought as it was nowhere to find (only for 900 NXS). To be exact I mostly just need a replacement for the channel fader panel as it has a heavy scratch.

I have some real slight paint damages on two other points of the faceplate (outside the fader channel section). And they are really really small so I don't care too much. But as a side note they stem from the really "thin" paint which is used on the NXS2 in my opinion (had NXS1 too and could drop headphones on it and it didn't show any sign of paint damage after and I dint even dropped something on my NXS2; channel fader section was metal on metal without heavy force...small but heavy scratch...long story but my fault)  and there was no force on this points on the mixer at all.

I saw these skins as well and they are one option but not the option I prefer in any way, to be honest. Firstly I not yet found a really good looking skin and in real life, they look kinda meh as well from the quality side. And when NXS3 is coming I want to resell for the best possible price.

Also, my unit is used under light conditions and should represent this visually. And I like my high-end hardware stuff in visually perfect and original condition.

I don't really care about the price as long as it's not sold at the rate of gold ;-). And obviously, it should be around 90€ to 130€ price range I guess so it's just around the double of the price of a skin which is absolutely worth it.

So as I thought and if I understand your answer correctly it should no problem to order a channel fader panel/complete faceplate from my authorized repair/parts center in Germany? If so it would be the perfect solution and answer for me.

Thanks for your help so far! I will update after I called the repair center on Monday.

Best regards,
