CDJ 2000 NXS2 firmware 1.72

make sure the file on the root of the flash drive is named C2KNXS2.UPD

sometimes if you download and unzip and there is a previous fw on there is will add a number like C2KNXS2 2.UPD so the player wont recognize the file

i would try it for ya but i don't want to update, the update is useless for me and i don't want to take the chance of any new bugs being introduced, no need to update until a few quirks/annoyances are fixed

I checked the number -> C2KNXS2.UPD. But the updated worked on your players? 

Yeah I know, the update is for me also not ultra important. But i just think it's strange the update don't work today. I do updates since the cdj 2000 mk1, so i did a lot a lot a lot lot update's with no problems... 

just tried the update out of curiosity, mine went from 1.71 to 1.72 with no issues at all

format USB fat32 -> uploading file (correct name) -> correct waiting till file is uploaded on the usb stick -> safe ejecting the usb stick -> putting the usb stick in the usb holder on the cdj (not in the SD card slot ;) ) 

curious what i did wrong, really 

dumb question but you obviously have the CDJ in firmware update mode right and you unzipped the download so its the actual FW update file and not the zip file?

I have unzipped the file and loaded the unzipped file on my usb stick.  The update screen is open (holding USB+exit +power on)  and the CDJ asking me to insert my USB stick 

very weird indeed, maybe try a fresh stick, make sure nothing else is on it and reformat to FAT32 as you know.

I don't believe so, Just USB

Arrrrghhh I have just one USB stick left with premium GIRLZZZZ  (18+) on it (((( I not want to format that  !! -> I buy Denon Prime !! Voila ;)
