DJM 250mk2 - No recording output

I've been trying to get a recording output for a while now with no luck. Recordbox doesn't even allow me to click on an the record buttons (they are constantly grayed out). I have tried setting the input device as DJM250 mk2 and the audio levels bar moves with the music. But when I try to use any software such as audacity it doesn't actually receive this sound. 

I'm using two Audio Tech lp120's with both timecode and real vinyl, although I'm assuming that doesn't make a difference as it should be taking the output from the mixer.

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Harry
