Sorry, are you able to get the XDJ-RX working properly in PERFORMANCE mode at all? You need to have it in MIDI mode on the unit itself.
Hello, I'm trying to get the audio from my XDJ-RX to my Mac (High Sierra). I have RekordBox DJ 5.0.2 installed, driver installed (v1.0.0) and my RX is on V 2.21. I have my RX connected with an ethernet cable (device link) and when I put RekordBox in export mode I can link to my RX. But when I switch to performance I can't even see my RX. Does the RX even support the PC master out function? And (hopefully) if so, how can I get this to work? I tried multiple forum posts and it's still not clear to me.

I got it working when connected with USB and with the RX in MIDI mode. But is it also possible when i use the controller just regular (not in MIDI mode?). I just want to stream the audio from the RX to my Mac
I'm not sure if you understand the differences between Export and Performance mode...
Export allows you to use the XDJ-RX as a stand-alone device where rekordbox acts as if it were another USB drive connected to the RX over the ethernet. You get the advantage of having a larger screen and keyboard to assist in locating the tracks you want to load to the RX.
Performance mode puts the computer at the centre of the system where the RX becomes a controller and audio device connected via USB. The hardware manipulates the software where all the work is done. The audio is then output to the sound card in the RX to drive the headphone and master outputs.
You are certainly able to also use the RX as your Mac's main audio output device, just change that setting in the Sound applet of the system preferences.
I'm not sure what you mean by "stream the audio" though.
