ddj driver installation fail .

I recently purchased a ddj-rb and been having nothing but problems installing the necessary driver.

After installer seems to run i get a box that says "installation failed.(002)"

I have disable Microsoft signature 2 different ways
tried running installer in different compatibility modes(this did cause a extra 2 installer info screens)
downloaded driver directly from pioneer
running in and out of legacy mode
any error that showed in event viewer from installation attempts have been cleared
I was able to install some other drivers(to test) but none from ddj folders

In event viewer the installation fail shows

Called pioneer and the only help i recieved was "you need a new computer"

I know i dont have a top of the line computer, but i do not see why this is such a issue

I have a dell inspirion 3558 i5 6gb ram 1tb hard drive windows 10 up to date

I really hope i dont have to replace my computer to run this controller

Just updated everything windows updates etc., uninstall rekordbox and drivers, restart, install new rekordbox, attempt driver install (INSTALLATION FAILURE)!!!! SOO frustrating, then another 10 tries different boots, different ways of disabling driver signature.

I love in the ddj-rb driver installation terms you agree to has a section that literally says "no suppport from pioneer" way to cover your butt lol

Still receiving pnpdriverimporterror

Report still says failed. installation no driver for this version of windows(ITS UPDATED SUCCESSFULLY). Pioneer said my computer basically doesnt support this driver. which one is it??

Still almost seems like a signature problem

Sorry for complaining, im not a pro with computers. I guess i assumed from reviews the ddj-rb it would be straightforward so 2 weeks after purchasing and still not working is like pulling teeth everytime i try all these "solutions??"
