DJM-900NXS2 Paint wearing off

I have been using this mixer for 2 month and as you can see almost all letters on COLOR knob are gone. Same issue with Master knob. Is this a manufacturing defect? What can I do in this situation?

Does anyone have the same issues as I do? @Pulse

same Problem here...the paint/coating is horrible in comparison to the nxs Model.

i gave it back to my dealer and he sent it to service, i got at least a new faderplate (after more than 2 weeks of waiting) plate seems somehow different to the the former one painted/coated its a little bit darker.
