RekordBox Lag issues

 Hello fellow DJs! This is a support inquiry I submitted to the folks at Pioneer trying to resolve this issue. I thought I would post it here as well in hopes of a solution.

Rekordbox Version: Rekordbox 5.0.3

Computer OSMac > 10.13.x (High Sierra)

Computer Make / Model: MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016)

Processor: 2.6 GHz Intel Core i7

RAM: 16GB

Controller: Pioneer DDJ-RX

I am having lag issues with regards to response times from my Pioneer DDJ-RX controller and/or my computer mouse to the time the software actually responds. I've opened a ticket for this in the past and thought it was resolved with an update to the latest version of High Sierra on Mac. I experienced this issue two more times since this ticket has been closed. I honestly cannot figure out what the problem is with regards to this. But I am going to post a series of links that go to videos that I made during an event to show the lag issues I was having.

I will make a note here that it does not affect the performance of the sound. Meaning I'm not getting any sort of audio dropouts or sound spikes in any way whatsoever this is really just an issue I believe somewhere in the software. The reason I believe this is because this happens when I use my mouse or when I use my touchpad or when I use my controller. At first, I believed it was a controller specific issue but I no longer think that. Anyways please watch the videos in the order that I post them so you can get a better idea of the progression through the night.

I copied the links to the videos which are on my Google Photos Drive. I'm hoping you can help me with this issue. Also, is it possible to go back to an older version? Say in the 4.0x versions? I don't remember having these issues until I upgraded to Rekordbox version 5.0 and later...

A note that I didn't submit to Tech Support (because it didn't come to mind at the time) is that at home, I cannot recreate the issue. It ONLY happens at just about any venue when I have a full DJ system setup i.e. speakers, driverack DBX PA2 etc. At home, I have set up all that with exception to the speakers as I am using my own studio monitors by M-Audio  AV-40 model. I'm not sure bigger speakers and louder sounds have anything to do with my lag issues but I will admit that I do NOT get lag issues of any kind when the volume is lower, say for background music.
