cdj 900 with rekordbox dj

Hi currently i have rekordbox and cdj 900s i use the cdj 900s as players and drag the tracks to the 2 players im thinking of switching to rekordbox dj and wanted to know will i then be able to control the cdjs from rekordbox and use the sync features the pads etc and mix them when they are connected to the djm 800 .eg so would i be able to sync them on rekordbox and then crossfade the djm 800 while they are synced thanks for your help guys

No, that's not how it works. You would be using HID mode. See the connection guide for details. Your CDJ-900's would connect to your computer with USB cables and connected to your mixer with RCA cables (like they normally would). This would allow you to control the decks in rekordbox with your CDJs. Rekordbox's internal mixer would not be available since you would be using the DJM-800.
