I just bought the Rekordbox activation key following my trial expiring but when I entered it I got an error 31 alert. I have tried and tried it but it will not accept it. Not impressed when I have paid. I can't find ANY solutions online, forums etc.
I also now do not have the key any longer as I closed the popup screen with it on and now can not reload the page as it has timed out!
I have not even been emailed with the activation code only received terms and condition documents and my receipt from Paypal.
Can you help asap please. It has already ruined my gig tonight but I have 2 more over the weekend that I want it fixed for.
