rekordbox dvs

Hi pioneer, just needing some help, ive recently bought djm 450 and been using the software and dvs, all been working fine on old 4.0 version.

Recently ive downloaded the 5.0.2, version looks fantastic, but it will not load any tracks,i try dragging across as normal to each deck, but it will not load.
