Hello,
I have just purchased this unit and have found the CUE for channel 1 is not working.
When pressing the button, it does not light up or have sound to the headphones. While the other 3 channels do light up and I can heard audio.
Additional info: When pressing the SHIFT button, all 4 channel CUE buttons do light up. This leads me to think the MIDI might not be assigned? But I am unsure how to check this.
Firmware is v1.24 and I am running Serato v2.6.1.
Thanks in advance

Hey Ian,
Is this when playing stand-alone (from USB) or as a controller for software?
Hi,
As controller for software. I have not plugged in a USB in stand-alone mode but before linking to Serato the buttons behave the same as after linking, as my comment above (all 4 buttons light up when shift is pressed).
Can you test with a USB drive just to verify functionality?
Tested via USB drive. I am able to load and play track, but CUE for channel 1 does not work i.e. no audio to headphones. Channel 2 CUE works.
(obviously I can't test channel 3 or 4 in this mode)
And for sanity's sake - have you checked that the CH1 trim is up?
I have indeed, trim is up because I've mixed without headphones.
