Running firmware version 1.13. Problem began to appear after updating rekordbox to 6.6.6. And got exponentially worse after the 6.6.7 update. At first the touchscreen would say i was pressing it much lower than i actually was, selecting tracks 3 or 4 below the one i was pressing. Did the same thing when attempting to use the preview function. After the 6.7 update the screen is completely unresponsive to touch. Attempts to use the jog wheel result in the controller hyper scrolling thru my playlist.
All this is happening when playing from a usb. I have not tried it plugged into computer. Will update when I do.
Also discovered that none of my pads work either.... bunk
Update: Hooked up to computer and used the rx3 in performance mode screen still unresponsive but it did solve the pads issue as well as the rotary knob now seems to be functioning as it should.
In case anyone is wondering, the problem was some hair / dirt / debris around the edge of the screen under the bezel. Clean it out with a soft dry cloth, a clean dry paintbrush, or even the sticky side of a post-it note.
