Hi all, the last weekend i had a gig and on the deck that was playing, a client accidentaly pressed the cue button and took the song all the way back where the cue was set and stopped the song, making it a completely mess even to go back fastly where the song was before being stopped (I dont use hot cues on most of my music).
My question is the next one, is there any way, on the playing deck to avoid the cue button to be pressed by accident and making this happen again? Like having to pause the song at first to be able to use the cue button or so...

The only realistic way to prevent that would be to enable SLIP mode because you could then just hit play again and it would resume playback. The problem there is it's not really intended as a fallback for all performance as it could have other side-effects which wouldn't be desirable for performance.
