XDJ RX3 Total freezee

did you happen to be playing a long premix before it froze? Mine freezes too but it seems to be caused by me playing an hour premix for cocktail hours and then starting the party, 2-3 tracks in the deck locks up and i have to pull the power

Can you provide more info like the track type, length, buttons that were hit that made it freeze and so on? can you reproduce it and capture it on video. The more info thats collected the easier it is for the engineers to hopefully fix this issue soon

Hola buenas, a mi también me ha ocurrido un par de veces, estuve tocando mi música, y a las 3 o 4 horas de sesión se quedo totalmente congelada la mesa.

Todas las luces encendidas, como si estuviese en funcionamiento pero la mesa completamente congelada. La música dejó de sonar inmediatamente, al quedarse congelada.

Desconectaba la mesa de la de la corriente y  no se apagaba, seguía congelada, pulsaba el botón on/off y tampoco respondía, a los 15 o 20 segundos la mesa se apagó completamente, y encendió.
