DDJ 200 / Rekordbox / No audio from headphones at all !

Hello !

I just purchased a DDJ 200 to practice/build sets on the go... and there is no sound coming from the headphones AT ALL !

I have a brand new Macbook Air M1 on which all I have installed is rekordbox since I use this laptop to perform with y DDJ-1000.

I have followed all the steps explained in order to get sound from an external speaker + headphones and I get...absolutely nothing out from my headphones NOR the speaker.

I can only get sound when using the macbook speakers... rendering this product absolutely useless >_<

Can you please explain how to troubleshoot this issue ?

I am honestly shocked at the miserable user experience I am going through with was it supposed to be a "beginner product".

Here are my settings.
Please not that in "audio" I can either select "Macbook Air speakers" or "external headphones" that's it..

When I select Macbook Air speakers, I only get sound from the laptop's speakers and when I hit any cue button it just layers the sound on top of it...

When I select "External Headphones" I have absolutely NO SOUND coming out from neither my headphones, nor the external speaker. Both these items are plugged into the provided splitter cable from Pioneer...

Have you turned up the volume not only on the channels on the DDJ but also the Mac volume control?
