Same issue. Any help Pioneer? I just paid $360 for this.
I recently purchased a new M2 macbook pro. I've successfully installed rekordbox, activated my professional plan, and installed dropbox. For most purposes my existing library and workflow has been restored. However, when trying to turn on Collection Auto Upload, I get the following error:
Upload error
Failed to copy music files Please try later.
I have tried reinstalling rekordbox and libraries, reinstalling drop box, and even a clean install of macOS. It doesn't matter if i choose move or copy in the "Upload tracks in the Collection" window just before I get this error.
I can manually right click on a selection of recently imported tracks and upload to the cloud that way, but I would much rather have my collection auto upload.
Current system config is as follows:
MacBook Pro
16-inch, 2023
Chip: Apple M2 Max
Memory: 64 GB
macOS: 13.2 (22D49)
rekordbox: 6.6.10 rev.24181-20680-20677
Dropbox: V166.4.2920
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Exact same issue here. Was working for a little while but not any more.
Have tried everything.
WTF is the point paying for a Professional Plan when I can't use any other of my computers with Rekordbox???
Does anyone at Pioneer even care?
Starting to think I was a bit stupid to expect something as simple as this to actually work. Have wasted so much of my time with this PoS.
Arghh.....
@NotAndyAgain,
I was able to overcome this issue by force downgrading Rekordbox. My buddy said he had no problems with the latest though, so who knows. Still, very frustrating.
Thanks, Dude.
Tried downgrading, uninstalling, upgrading to latest version... even clearing out the entire pioneer internal library file system on the second mac, no joy.
Had been fairly impressed with Rekordbox up to now, but this is ridiculous.
Stuck on a single laptop, which having to use for everything and hope nothing happens to it. Not exactly what I hoped for.
Ugh, seriously. FWIW, 6.6.4 is the version I got to work. I need to verify now that I've upgraded. I have seen playlists appear on my Opus Quad that I just added to my laptop library, but so far I haven't seen cue points sync'd.... maybe doing it wrong?
