Keeping 2 libraries for Opus?

Is there any downfall in keeping 2 libraries on the flash drive as far as the Opus is concerned? i will mainly be on an Opus and have selected for both libraries to export (regular and plus). Does this in any way hinder the Opus quad, slow it down and so on or there is no difference in the performance of the quad whether its plus library only or both libraries?

also, the plus library seems to be much slower exporting playlists (tracks are already on the flash drive) and when i plug the flash drive back in after a show it takes a lot longer to "read tracks" and the box to go away before i can use RB
