Yeah, I posted that as well -- it's not a common issue, but unfortunately nobody here is authorized to provide the information or instructions on disassembly or repair of your mixer, which is why I said you should contact an ASC.

Hey Christopher,

This topic is 8 years old and the forums used to have a box at the right with links to various resources.

Unfortunately, as the DJM-909 is so far out of production, you'll be lucky to find parts. You can try our parts supplier as they still list products but I'm not sure just how available they are. Failing that, maybe try eBay for a used 909 for scrap?

Hey there,

Thanks very much for your message, it's greatly appreciated.  Could you be more specific around which part I need to find to resolve the issue?  The mixer has barely been used over the past 10years so I'm annoyed it's just stopped working.

It looks like this was a common issue that Pioneer were aware off from the response to the topic " I'm afraid thats a technical issue and you'll need to get in contact with a support centre in order to arrange a repair / fix"  so hopefully you have a record of what part I should be replacing?  I'm happy to acquire that and repair it myself.

Thanks again in anticipation

Chris
