Below is the email I sent to this Matthew L character after Gavin prompted it on one of the numerous threads he has closed, in particular Xadors thread

As per 'Gavins' comment on your DJ Forums recommending writing you, here I am writing to ear some concerns about the Pioneer products I own.

No doubt you will be aware of the critical feedback of your current products shortfalls.

I own the most current 2000 range of gear and was initially excited with it.

I'd just like to convey my dissatisfaction with th Rekordbox software and that your 1 year old firmware of the DJM2000 I own has rendered some of its effects useless/damaging to use.

I'm upset that I have parted with a lot of money to suffer these problems caused (and not promptly remedied) by your in house software developers.

I tried to keep that brief but please hurry up with fixing my mixer, and further correcting and innovating with other equipment and software.

Honestly, even if I do get a reply from the guy, I don't  expect any better an an answer than the moderators.
