DJM-2000 "Popped" noise when turned on. Now Broken?

So my friends DJM-2000 suddenly made a "pop" noise when she turned it on, now nothing works. The things she told me was, the outputs don't work, she never used it outside her room, she had it less than a year. She tried to call customer service for pioneer but she said they hung up on her? =[.

So what I'm assuming is that a fuse may just popped? I mean she never took it in gigs and it's been in her room the time she got it delivered to her house. If so, what fuse is used, and is there a guide to properly open the DJM-2000 in order to replace the fuse? I never really done it before but I have background opening computers, xboxs, etc.

The CDJ-2000 she has are fine. We just tested them out on a S4 and a NS6 all night tonight. Sorry for having this as a first post but any input would be awesome. Thanks guys!

Was anything plugged into the mixer at the time it was switched on (apart from the power cable)? Usually a 'pop' is the sound of a capacitor blowing in my experience. Is there an electrical smell coming from the mixer?

@Walleee > I'd advise you to tell your friend to contact technical support to arrange an inspection and repair. You can find the contact links for your region in the right hand column.
