Folgen[SOLVED] How can I connect my DJM-900 Nexus to be used for playback for Logic?
Current setup:
2x CDJ-2000 nexus
1x DJM-900 nexus
I have started getting into music production and wanted to make use of the studio monitors that I already have connected to my DJ rig.. Since I don't have an external sound card to plug in the wires running from my studio monitors, I was hoping to see if I could connect my MacBook directly to the DJM and have my normal production sounds work in Logic. I tried turning on the DJM and running the USB cable from there into my MacBook, and it did appear on my screen. It also was recognized by Logic when I turned Logic on. It asked me if I wanted to use this device (DJM-900 nexus) and I clicked yes. I started playing around like I normally would, and noticed that none of the sounds were being transmitted out of my studio monitors. I checked the input/output device in the Preferences window and made sure that they were both set to the DJM-900 nexus.. I also went into audio settings on my MacBook and set everything to the DJM-900 as well.. Am I doing something wrong here? Please help! Thank you in advance!
