Last night during my gig when changing channels on the effects the light that indicates channel wouldn't go over to channel one, no effects on one either. Then it started blinking like crazy. tried using effects on Master, worked on some effects, when I would try to change channels when I was turning the knob even with the effects button off, it was effecting the sound out the master. It was horrible, I've had it about two years, never any issues.
Today I turn it on and it will go to all channels and all effects work on the left of the effect bank until I hit robot, then it's a mirror image of the effect from the left side of the knob, for instance, robot is reverb, crush is phaser, roll is flanger and so on. They work that effect they display, but there's obviously something wrong. Could something just have come loose in transporting or something? I use an oddysey coffin case with padding. What do I do, do I take the top off and look or is there somewhere near Lakeview, OH 43331 or in Columbus, OH that could fix this and is there a warranty, lost my box with everything in it to my girlfriend and the trash. Thanks for any help.

Call tech support. Number is at the top right of every page here. They should be able to find or direct you to an authorized repair shop.
As for warranty, I am sure all mixers come with 1 year only.

@DJ Jmac > As the unit is a DJM-700 I'll assume you've had it with a few years or bought it second hand - therefore, I strongly doubt the unit is still within warranty.
