DJM-T1 Mac Problem with Output

Hej, i got a big problem

My brother is using his T1 with his windows-machine and is very lucky. we updated everything (drivers, firmware...) and everything is fresh. it is avaiable in traktor, i got the mapping and everything is good. BUT...the only way to make the T1 and my scratch-vinyls make the MP3 to be controlled is that i have to sitch the source on the mixer channel to PHONO. then i can hear the high sounds of the scratch-vinyl but not the MP3 ! If i siwtch to USB (i know it has to be like that) traktor is not able to calibrate and nothing happens. Attached you can see my Output and Input settings...i do not know what to do, so please help me ....thanks a lot in advance !

Hi,

think I got the same Problem after changing from Windows Laptop to a MacBook. I can only run Traktor when I connect the Windows Laptop let every record play to calibrate and then connect my MacBook. Than it works fine. Traktor can´t help me out and Pioneer wants me to send them the Mixer. I called the german support hotline. They want to have 50 € and if they have to repair something they want eve´n more Money this really sucks. I just saw your comment is from 2014. Did you found any Solutions?
