[SOLVED] Best way to connect CDJ1000s & Traktor to DJM 2000?

Right, here goes....

I was wondering if its possible to connects my CDJ1000mk3's AND Traktor to the DJM 2000 at the same time.  The way I want it set up is to use the CDJ's AS CDJ's and not timecoded etc... in traktor AND THEN have 2channels on the DJM as set up digitally in traktor over USB???  ie.

Chan1: CDJ1000mk3

Chan2: Traktor Deck A

Chan3: Traktor Deck B

Chan4: CDJ1000mmk3

ALSO is it possible to have Traktor as 4 decks and also the CDJ's as analouge input so I could switch between CDJ and Traktor virtual deck.

How does this work with Traktor set up digitally into the DJM 2000??  Do I have to map the pads on the touch screen for cue/play and what about the pitch control etc.... how can they be mapped???

Any help appreciated, kind regards,

Dean ;)

Yes! Just change the channel input from USB to LINE or DIGITAL.

The DJM is your soundcard. This video gives you a bit of a start on the audio configuration, but instead of setting it up as a 6/2 device, set it to 8/0 (no inputs).

Yes you can, just go into the software and start mapping the input controls, I don't have a vid for it but it's not too hard to figure out once you watch a couple of videos already available online for it. If you need further assistance, let us know.
