Echo Beat effect won't quantinize
Hi I use my echo effect on a 1/1 beat all the time! but the little bluelight bar on the mixer is always drifting to 2/1 3/4 etc even when quantinize is depressed....I want to lock it on a 1/1 beat...any help? Thanks

@James > Sorry for missing it the first time around ... I guess the big question is, do you have your CDJs linked to the DJM with the Pro DJ Link?

I use turntables..not sure what the pro dj link is...

Well that would explain why the quantize isn't working -- the quantization requires beat grid information from the audio track in order to perform the changes necessary to keep timing locked. Without that beat grid, the timing can only be adjusted manually. The only way to have a beat grid is to be using music prepared with rekordbox.
